Some of the best new theatre in Britain is coming out of Leeds. The annual Emerge Festival aims to make a big noise about the great work being made in our region.
It provides a platform for emerging theatre-makers to try out ideas and connect with new audiences.
Throughout the week-long event there will be performances, workshops and showcases of work in different stages of development. Keep checking the web site in the run-up to the Festival for more details and information.
Emerge has been created by three Leeds venues – The Carriageworks, stage@leeds and Seven, working in partnership with organisations and agencies from across the city.
